Smart Smiles Dental Membership Plan
No Dental Insurance? No Problem!
The Smart Smiles Dental Membership Plan is an in-office dental discount plan offered exclusively at RVA Children's Dentistry. We want to help every family give their child a lifetime of smiles -- regardless of insurance status.
How it works
You pay an annual membership fee to receive discounts on dental care. Membership lasts for 12 months from when the contract is signed and paid in full. Membership must be purchased for each individual child. Anyone without dental insurance can purchase a membership -- there is no waiting period, no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no claim forms.
Membership benefits
2 pediatric dental hygiene visits including dental examinations, routine cleanings, and fluoride treatments
Radiographs (x-rays) as appropriate for check-up visits, including panoramic x-rays and bitewings
1 emergency examination including any appropriate radiographs
20% discount on all other treatment including sealants, fillings, extractions, and sedation
* 20% discount is not applicable to general anesthesia fees.
